By using ShowMate (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ShowMate is an offline-first inventory and point-of-sale tool for trading card vendors. The core app runs on your device and stores your data locally. Optional paid “Pro” features require an account and a subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account and for activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your business data is yours. You are responsible for keeping your own backups using the app’s export tools. Because core data is stored on your device, clearing browser storage or losing the device may result in data loss. We are not responsible for data that was never transmitted to us.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Catalog and market pricing are provided for reference and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Pricing is a tool to inform your own judgment — you are solely responsible for the prices at which you buy, sell, and trade. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShowMate and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders.
